Jennifer Aniston is certainly not the only one with a healthy Oatmeal Breakfast start the day However, the actress uses a special one ingredientto make your porridge even healthier and richer in protein!

The fact that Jennifer Aniston still looks fit and sporty at the age of 53 is not just down to her good genes. The actress repeatedly reveals in interviews that she keeps her body in shape with lots of exercise and a healthy diet. Of theirs breakfast preferences the former “Friends” actress said in a recent interview PureWow. Jennifer Aniston likes to start the day with avocado, eggs or a shake. Also oats the beautiful actress loves to eat – but with a very specific ingredient!

The 53-year-old received a tip from her ex-husband Justin Theroux, something protein to mix porridge. This not only gives her porridge an extra serving of protein, but also makes it particularly fluffy, enthuses Jennifer Aniston. Hmm that sounds so good we have to try it ourselves!

Ingredients (for one serving):

  • 5 tablespoons of oatmeal

  • 6 tablespoons of water

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp honey

Preparation:

  1. The preparation is super quick and easy! First separate the egg white from the yolk and set aside.

  2. Briefly bring the oatmeal to the boil in a saucepan of water, stirring constantly.

  3. Then turn the heat to medium and add the egg whites. Mix well again with a whisk and simmer for a few minutes until the consistency is nice and creamy.

  4. Finally, sweeten with cinnamon and honey.
