Coconut hazelnut cake with grapes – tastes simply incomparable!

Our delicious coconut and hazelnut cake with grapes has everything that makes a good cake. It’s juicy and delicious and also quick and easy to prepare – what more could you ask for? The fruity grapes with the syrup on top are another real eye-catcher and balance the nut cake perfectly.

The whole thing is so simple that you simply have to try this recipe. Once the solid cake batter is ready (no snacking, we’re not done yet!), the oven heats up and the grapes arrive along with sugar, honey, lime juice and a cinnamon stick (because cinnamon recipes aren’t always Christmas-only be) in the oven. It all turns into a delicious, fruity-sweet syrup inside, which provides a great flavor kick to our moist cake. And tadaaa! A super duper good coconut and hazelnut cake with grapes is on the table!

It’s hard to pin down what exactly makes this cake so super duper good. Is it the nutty dough that is not too sweet but still sweet enough? Or the tasty grated coconut (recipes with coconut are always phenomenal) in it? Or rather the fruity grapes on top, which are beautiful to look at and taste even better? Don’t forget the syrup either – you can’t beat the delicious combination of lime (we have quite a few recipes with lime as the star guest), honey and cinnamon! Altogether, all of these individual pieces probably make this amazing cake an overall great value.

Apart from that, fruit in combination with cake is always a good idea! do you think so too? Then this will definitely make you happy:

Have you really worked up an appetite? Or is it more of an acute hunger? In this case, take a quick look at our quick recipes. Otherwise, try the Coconut Hazelnut Cake with Grapes and see for yourself!
