Job Description

Make planned sales calls to all existing and potential buyers to ensure cost-effective coverage of his sales territory and report results.
Maximize sales of company products within his sales territory to achieve annual sales turnover targets within agreed discount levels as set by the sales manager.
Organize through the Sales Department the preparation of quotations and bids necessary to ensure their prompt delivery, follow-up and reporting of the results of each quotation issued.
Provide updated rolling forecast on monthly basis by unit, model and client.
Report on a regular basis on the prevailing and expected economic conditions within his territory which affect his sales opportunities, for example, new projects, completion of existing projects, etc.
Participate in other sales and promotion activities which it may deem necessary to establish business within its territory, such as demonstrations, caravans, open days, surveys, etc.
Understand customer accounts and business analysis issues and deal with them appropriately


Teaching experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
At least one year experience in construction
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze market conditions
